Blue bins can be picked up at the town highway garage weekdays between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Only 2 bins allowed per household.
Town of Manlius residents may obtain a Handicap parking permit at the Manlius Town Clerk's office located at:
301 Brooklea Drive
Applicants will need to have the following in order for the Town Clerk to process a Handicap Parking Permit:
- A completed MV 664.1 form
- New York State Drivers License, if you don't have one a valid photo ID
- The individual applying does not have to appear in person. We will still need the completed form and ID for the person.

Your county and town bill will be mailed around January 1st, and is due without penalty by January 31st. Your school tax bill will be mailed around September 1st, and is due without penalty by October 4th. If you have not yet received your tax bill please contact the tax office at 315-637-6481.
The 2017 annual charge for trash enrollment is $187 for a single family, $370 for a two-family and $553 for a three-family house. Brush enrollment it is $33.
The charge(s) after enrolling is/are for the district(s) you are enrolled in will appear annually on your January property tax bill. If you join mid-year, there is a prorated charge for the Trash District only; there is no proration for mid-year brush enrollment.
The recycle bins are available at the Town Tax Receiver's office in Town Hall, 301 Brooklea Drive in Fayetteville between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Blue Bins are also available at the Town of Manlius Highway Department, 5970 Clemons Road, Minoa (315-656-3090) between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Only 2 bins allowed per household.
Another option for disposing of your branches and trunk pieces is to take them to the Town of Manlius Highway Department where, from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, there is an area available to dump these items at no charge. Please contact the TOM Highway Department for more information.
