This Pilates mat workout is taught in the “Classical” style and consists of unique exercises that are performed standing and lying on a mat. Pilates workout strengthens, stretches and tones muscles without joint stress, helps develop better balance, improves posture, promotes better circulation, promotes lymphatic drainage and reduces stress and muscular tension. The focus is on Core Stabilization. Pilates Conditioning is a great workout for all levels of participants. Modifications will be shown for beginners and challenges given to those more advanced. Weights and mats are provided.
