    Adult Yoga vinyasa flow Level 1&2 Town Center Fitness and Health Club Atrium Studio Fayetteville Towne Center 311B Towne Drive, Fayetteville Thursday’s 4:30-5:30 PM Saturday’s 9:00-10:00 AM This class focuses on energizing postures that develop strength and flexibility, combined with coordinated breath and movement to release tensions held in the body. Creative sequences include elements of Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Hoop Yoga and more. Modifications are given so that every pose is accessible to students of varying levels. All classes include a centering, brief meditation and a final relaxation.

    Ages 5 - 10 (Parents encouraged to join) This playful class encourages self expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids will learn basic postures as they “play” yoga in this evergy releasing class. Fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses and lots of yoga games.

    315 GIRLS LACROSSE Fall Youth Clinics F-M High School Turf Field Saturday, October 21st 2:00 - 5:00 PM Saturday, October 28th 2:00 - 5:00 PM Grades 1st - 6th Fun and competitive clinic sessions for girls lacrosse players of all levels! Clinics will be led by FM Varsity Coaches Kelly Tormey and Kristen Beilein, former All-Americans at FM during the 2005 & 2006 State Championship years who went on to play at the University of North Carolina and the US National Team. Additional staff will be comprised of additional FM coaches and players. Players will receive individual coaching in all areas of their game including offense, defense, goal keeping, stick skills, and more. Clinic sessions will feature both drills and competitive game play. Players should come ready to play with water, lacrosse stick, mouth guard, goggles and appropriate footwear. FEE PER CLINIC: Received by October 1st - $50.00 Received after October 1st - $55.00
