Police Home
The Chief of Police serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the agency
and has the final authority on matters of Department policy, operations, and
discipline.
Pursuant to a Joint Municipal Agreement between the Town of Manlius and the
Villages of Fayetteville, Manlius, and Minoa, the Chief of Police is
responsible to the Town of Manlius Police Committee and is charged with:
- Planning
- Staffing
- Fiscal management
- Directing, coordinating, and controlling all department functions
- Discipline
- Establishing a formal organizational structure
