Lt. Kevin W. Barry

Lt. Barry was a 30-year law enforcement veteran who passed away while in our service. He was the Department’s Accreditation Manager at the time of original CALEA and NYS accreditations and was a founding member of the Emergency Service Team. Lt. Barry had a Masters degree from the University of Alabama and was a graduate of the FBI National Academy . He served as the Administration Division Commander at the time of his passing.
