Tree & Brush Information

Tree & Brush

If you have a tree in the Town right of way (25-30 feet from the road center depending on your location) that is dead, dying, or obstructing traffic view, please call us at 315-656-3090 to report your information. We will take a look at it and determine the appropriate course of action.

If you have a Christmas tree, you are able to bring it to the highway garage and put it on the left as you are facing the building (there is a sign marking the correct site). Town residents are welcome to drop off brush and tree parts not accepted in the Town's brush district here at the highway department Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Brush pick-up is not routinely done by the highway department.

If you are a resident of the Village of Minoa, Fayetteville, or Manlius, please call your Village DPW’s for information and help as their programs differ from the Town’s.

Mulch

We have a pile of mulch throughout the warmer months placed on your left side of the parking lot as you are facing the highway building. Please feel free to help yourself. You will be responsible for loading your own vehicle.
