F-M Spring SWARM Football Grades 6 - 12

Spring S.W.A.R.M. Football Grades 6 - 12 S=Strength W=Will A = Attitude R = Recall M = Mastery of Skill FMHS Turf Sundays 10:00 AM - 12 Noon March 5,12,19,26, April 16,23,30, May 7,14,and 21 Program is for athletes ages 10-18 (current 6th to 12th grades) to build SWARM through a variety of individual movements, exercises, & drills that range from basic & static to compound & dynamic ending in explosive finishes. Stress to be placed on teaching proper body mechanics, safety, and correct form throughout the program. Sessions begin athletically general in nature, closing with more football specific movements. Each attendee will also be given access to a spring lifting program, 4 days per week, to complete in conjunction to SWARM sessions. FEE: $75 for Spring Session. Welcome to join even if unable to attend all sessions - no prorating by number of sessions attended.

Intermediate Open Co-Ed Volleyball

Eagle Hill Gymnasium Tuesdays 6:30-9:30 PM September 13th-June 13th Previous experience playing in competitive leagues and knowledge of volleyball rules is desirable. This is not an instructional league. Bumping, setting, spiking etc. are strongly encouraged. Players must be over 18 years old. Registration is first come, first serve basis. Must register at Town of Manlius Recreation Dept. with payment. No registrations will be accepted at the gymnasium. Fee: $50 Checks made payable to "Town of Manlius”.
