1. How do I register to vote?

Click here to register to vote. You may also download a PDF copy of a Registration Form and submit it at the Board of Elections Office or by mail to register or update any voter information that has changed.

You can also register with the Board of Registration at Town Hall on:

• Friday, September 8th from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Saturday, September 9th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Monday, September 11th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

2. How do I vote by absentee?

You will need to fill out an application to request an absentee ballot unless you are a permanent absentee. 

To request an absentee ballot, please visit our online form: Absentee Ballot Application Online Form

You can also download the absentee ballot form and email the scanned document to aweber@townofmanlius.org. If you'd like to mail in your application, it must be received by September 16th in order to be processed. Send all applications to:

3. Where & when do I vote?

At the Town of Manlius Town Hall located 301 Brooklea Drive, Fayetteville, NY 13066 on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

4. Is there a map to show the 6 ward boundaries?

No, the map would be drawn by the Onondaga County Board of Elections only if the proposition passes on September 23, 2023. There is no map before the vote. 

5. Why is this special election being held in September?

A petition was filed with the Town Clerk on July 14th requiring the Town of Manlius to hold a special election within 60 - 75 days from when it was filed.
